01. Keep mobile away from
ears as far as possible while talking.
02. Use ear phones or wired
hands free accessories [not blue tooth dongle].
03. Prefer speaker mode.
04. Use landline if
available, rather than mobile.
05. Do not keep mobile near
heart in shirt pocket.
06. Carry mobile in hand purse
rather than in pockets.
07. Keep mobiles beyond
reach of children.

more than adults].
08. Use text [SMS or email] over
voice on mobile.
09. Be brief on mobile. Minimize
use of mobile.
10. Avoid keeping mobile
near head while sleeping or resting.

11. Keep mobile away from
your body where-ever possible.

12. Use mobiles of standard
companies.
